We have had some contact from listeners who are finding it difficult to tune in on alexa . Our boffins tell us this is caused by your Alexa devices memory of its response to previous commands .
If you wish to find us on your alexa and are willing to reset all your alexa commands here is a step by step guide to do that. We hope this helps.
Step 2. Click more on the bottom of the Alexa app
Step 3. Select Alexa privacy
Step 4. Select Review Voice History
Step5. Select Filters Today All Devices And Profiles
Step 6. To delete all history from all devices select All History under the Date section and all profiles under the profiles section .
Then click Apply Changes.
Select Delete All Of My Recordings and then press the Delete button.
That's all your history cleared.
Now say "Alexa Open Hospital Radio" to listen
